We are now looking for an experienced leader within HR to become part of the Academic Work Group Management team. You will be responsible for leading our talented People & Performance organization, consisting of three functions: Talent Acquisition, Organization & Reward, and People Development.

You will work closely with the Managing Directors and the Head of People & Performance position within our six countries. You will also have a close collaboration with the Directors within Sales, Operations, and Marketing, who are also part of the Academic Work Group Management team.
Over the years, Academic Work has grown into becoming a family of brands, all united under the AW Group umbrella. To succeed in this position, we believe that you are a person who will thrive in a global and fast-changing environment with previous experience from complex international company-structures. You probably come from the consultancy or service industry, understanding factors like co-worker engagement and top-class leadership being key drivers for profitability.
In addition to this, you have:
- Extensive experience within HR management from international service or consultancy company
- Excellent track record from previous managerial position(s) with experience of being part of a management team.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
- Academic degree
Experience from working with Learning & Development or implementation of HR Core/Talent management systems is meriting for this role.
As a person, you radiate confidence and establish credibility, taking an active role in communication and decision making. You naturally provide direction on projects and gain cooperation and action from others by setting high-performance standards.
We expect you to contribute with solid leadership skills and a result-oriented mindset.
