Our content adds important business value as it builds our brand and positions us as a thought leader within our industry. As a content editor you develop and compose written pieces in different shapes and outtakes. The ultimate goal of our marketing initiatives is to spark conversations amongst our target audience, foster engagement amongst our employees, and add concrete business value to the company.
In this role, you will be part of the Creative team and work in close collaboration with your fellow content colleagues, video producers, production managers as well as our designers. Alongside our Creative team, you will be surrounded by people highly skilled in digital marketing and communication strategy. As we have a presence in six different markets, you will also work closely with our local Brand Activation Managers.
As a content editor, you will be part of our marketing department at Group level, which supports all companies and brands internationally within the Group. ArbetsuppgifterOur marketing strategy stems from our business needs and thus, our stakeholders greatly influence which campaigns and productions to initiate. As a Content Editor, you contribute to the production by generating ideas, doing research, and by writing and developing our written content. The scope of the content that you create will vary and include everything from larger brand campaigns in multiple channels to internal rather complex productions. Furthermore, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Contributing to the development of campaigns; from the ideation phase to bringing the campaign to life through successful storytelling techniques
- Produce high-quality written content adapted to our different target groups
- Collaborating with other parts of the organization, being the wordsmith helping them turn their thoughts into effectful messages
- Perform research and interviews related to the content to be produced
- Follow a production plan by keeping your deadlines and deliveries
To succeed in this role, you must be able to combine marketing research and your own research with business goals to create relevant written content. We believe that your current position may be at a content marketing agency, advertising agency digital news desk, or similar.
Vi söker dig somWe are looking for someone with:
- A degree in journalism, marketing, or communication and/or at least 5 years of experience in relevant digital content production
- Expert-level skills in at least one of the following fields: copywriting, storytelling, editorial development
- Experience in handling several productions at the same time and communicating with different stakeholders
- Professional experience in writing English texts i.e. advanced skills in English in speech and writing including strong grammatical skills is a must
Desirable skills and experience
- Solid knowledge in and can produce high-quality texts in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, French, German or Danish
- Good understanding of writing SEO-friendly content-pieces
- Experience from working in or with a larger corporate organization
