As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for the relationship with our subscription clients. You work hard to ensure satisfaction and business value. You are also responsible for establishing long-term relationships with our customers, understanding their corporate and business objectives, and leading them to onboard Goalplan services in more teams, channels, departments and countries. You develop engagement by identifying opportunities where our services create value & ROI for the clients. You will help us in implementing best practices in customer success, develop the position and be the lead in customer success at Goalplan

In this role you will work within

Customer relationship management
  • Establish long term relationships with our customers
  • Support customers in achieving value
  • Optimize existing onboarding processes to improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and decrease churn
Customer Success roll-out
  • Support in defining and implementing plans and strategies for developing customer relations and achieving the companys goals
  • Help to put in place infrastructure and systems to support the customer success process
Retention and account growth
  • Encourage products usage and adoption
  • Establish and maintain account plans for key customers
  • Manage frequent customer meetings
  • Drive up sales and manage customer expansion
Onboarding and education of new customers
  • Project Management
  • Onboarding of new customers and users
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers
  • Educate customers, super users and users
Customer Support

* Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

Vi söker dig som
  • You have worked in an early-stage, product-centric, B2B SaaS company
  • You have relevant industry experience and have preferably worked with Customer Success or CRM before and have knowledge regarding customer lifecycle
  • Experience of software solutions for customer success programs
  • You are professional, likable and are good at building long term relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • You are fluent in English. Swedish, Spanish and Portuguese are very much appreciated

  • Work extent: Full time, flexible working hours since Goalplan are operating in different time zones
