You will also have responsibility for working towards the goals you have set for the business. That could include process descriptions for operations, update routines, etc. In your role you will be a resource and supporter for the Team Lead.

You will also:
- Handle loan applications
- Customer handling and follow-up of existing customers
- Retention, work pro-actively to keep current customers
- Handle payments (incoming and outgoing)
- Handle incident reporting, complaints, and execution of internal controls
- Post and administration
- A high school degree
- Minimum 1 year of related experience within banking or finance
- Good knowledge of underwriting
- Experience in customer services and/or collection processes
- Good communicational skills in both Swedish and English
Other information
- Start: As soon as possible
- Work extent: 6 months with good chances of an extension or direct recruitment
- Location: Central Stockholm
