As Digital Marketing Administrator, you will support our Digital Marketing team with administrative tasks related to our marketing activities for all countries and brands as well as work with one of our core marketing services; Additional Advertising.

This is a full-time temporary position, with a planned end date of May 2023. In this role, you will work with central and important parts of the marketing process:
  • Our Service desk function, where we handle all our incoming requests from the organization and from which many digital campaigns evolve.
  • Our Leads process, where a flawless process of handling and measuring generated leads will be critical for realizing the goals.
  • Our Additional Advertising service, setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns
You will be part of our Digital Marketing team, which consists of engaged and ambitious team members who work hard on an everyday basis to strengthen our digital presence and drive business growth through digital leads and candidate attraction. You will become a key player in our line-up and work in close collaboration with all specialists in the team to ensure that our digital marketing activities run smoothly and that we are focusing on the right activities in order to maximize the results. Our Group Marketing organization consists of co-workers located in all our countries. In this role, you can work from any of our Swedish offices. You will report to Digital Marketing Strategist.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Responsibility for our Service Desk function, where you will handle or distribute incoming tasks and queries to relevant colleagues and thereby help us coordinate and prioritize among our incoming requests, in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team.
  • Administration and execution of Additional Advertising, creating campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn or other relevant platforms.
  • Administration of the NOIs process - qualifying, distributing, registering and following up on leads.
  • Ownership of the NOIs process; ensuring we are working with efficient processes across teams also including identifying and implementing possible improvements.
  • Coordination with local markets representatives as well as other relevant stakeholders within Digital marketing and at other functions at Academic Work.
  • Support with other administrative tasks when the need occurs, such as managing invoices.
  • Execution of the processes in a timely manner and ensuring others follow the set processes.
  • Contributing to the creation of a clear structure and efficient processes within the work of the digital team.
Vi söker dig som
  • Previous experience from working within service, marketing or customer support
  • Relevant academic education within for example communications, business administration, marketing or similar
  • An interest to learn more about Digital Marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Swedish is not a requirement
  • Act as a role model in living our core values
It is an advantage if you:
  • Have previous experience from working with administration and coordination
  • Have previous experience with Facebook or LinkedIn marketing
  • Have a professional or educational background within marketing

Contract: This is a temporary full-time position, with a planned end date of May 2023. Location: The team is located in Stockholm, but you can work from any of our operative offices in Sweden
