You will be a vital link between the global IT, global R&D and global Finance, work closely with the financial stakeholders, and support business functions within the organization. You will be involved in IT's and R&D financial matters in the areas of accounting and reporting operations, maintenance of accounting records, preparing and presenting financial reports, creating forecasts, and guiding financial decision by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.In this role, you would also:
- Partner with the global finance team to perform- and deliver on ad-hoc requests from various parts of the organization.
- Drive the financial forecasting process for the total IT and R&D organizations.
- Design and implement internal guidelines and processes based on finance for IT and R&D administration.
- Provide support to stakeholders, particularly in IT and R&D financial matters.
- Develop further the forecasting and analysis processes for IT and R&D organizations.
- Support IT and R&D organizations on accounting questions.

This role is based out of our office in Stockholm, Liljeholmen and report directly to the Group Controller Global Solutions.The skills and experience you need
We believe you are structured, self-motivated, and driven service-minded with a can-do mindset.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Auditor or Controller, preferably in an international business setting.
- University degree within Accounting, Finance, or relevant area.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
