Senior Accountant

Organization: 
The senior accountant reports to the ESAC Financial Director

Area of activities: 
The senior accountant is the leader of the work with the external  and internal accounting in Sweden and after agreement outside that scope.

Employment rate: 
100% over the year. Higher workload in periods.

Demand: 
Education: Relevant degree in economics
Experience: Minimum 5 years of qualified work in accounting

Responsibilities: 
The senior accountant is responsible for:

• All the accounting processes coordination inside TitanX
  • Monthly closing with full balance sheet, cash flow and income statement.
  • Ensure proper booking of Salaries
  • Coaching and assisting the Controllers in the analysis of personnel cost
  • Secure the local accounting closing process in 2 days,
  • Yearly closing with full balance sheet and income statement for local books.
  • Management of relation with auditors.
• The accounting information system and internal controls for the Swedish entities including definition of the TitanX Financial Code and Internal Control Compliance System.
• Monthly reconciliation and explanation of all balance sheet accounts and deferred tax calculations.
• The management of “statutory information”
  • Tax declarations to Tax Authority, management of tax audits,
  • Quarterly, mid-year and yearly reports.
  • Statistic information.
  • VAT registrations and restitutions.
  • Archiving in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manager for any accountants in the team.

Location
The position is based on-site at TitanX, Sölvesborg. We can offer the possibility to work from home a couple of days per week.
