Scrum Master

Is this your next opportunity?

As a scrum master you will be working in one of our application teams which are handling both fixed and mobile orders. You will be facilitating all scrum ceremonies, work closely with the product owner, but also work with life cycle management, ensuring security compliance and work close to our vendors.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Facilitating the teams’ agile ceremonies
• Continuous team coaching in SAFe principles and agile methodologies
• Working closely with our product owner and team members
• Collaboration with other application teams
• Contribution to problem and incident solving
• Ensuring that the application complies with Telia's security requirements

Is this you?

Besides being a certified scrum master with real life experience, a curiosity for learning how the application works on a high level is a key factor. Being transparent and having the skill to make a team perform its best, improving collaboration while creating a safe environment for all team members will also be one of your main priorities.

• Servant leader, you enjoy having the team in focus
• Team player, you establish team spirit
• Organized, you ensure visibility in the teams’ deliveries and kpi’s

Your Experience:

• Certified Scrum Master (SAFe or similar)
• Previous experience as a scrum master in agile teams
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Previous experience in telecom is nice to have
• Experience in application maintenance is a bonus
