Are you looking for a HR Business Partner role supporting an organization with an exciting People agenda? Look no further as we are looking for a new People Partner to support group IT Units.

The purpose of the People Partner role is to be a strategic partner and member of IT teams, ensuring the progress of the people agenda and thereby the overall people agenda of Telia Company. Main Responsibilities are driving, enabling, and securing execution of the People Strategy and cultural development in the specific business/function and being a strategic HR interface and trusted partner for strategic matters in the country/business/function. You will join a great team of People Partners responsible for the IT unit of the organization.

Is this your next opportunity?
  • Support the business/function in translating business challenges into people implications and decide on strategic choices based on this

  • Advice and coach leaders in driving People processes and initiatives

  • Support business to be compliant in all HR offerings, using the common tools, methods and ways of working decided upon

  • Overall responsibility for end-to-end delivery of HR offerings to business

  • Responsible for actively participating in initiatives that strengthens the HR deliveries based on business input

  • Coach leadership teams on people topics

  • Diagnose people issues and identify appropriate HR measures; involve the appropriate management and People units like for example People Recognition and People HUB as needed

  • Support execution of certain HR offerings through facilitation and management team presence, e.g. Strategic Workforce Planning, People Roundtable, and Succession Planning

  • Work closely with managers in the country/business/function and be part of relevant management team(s) as well as closely collaborate with the delivery organization (People Hub).

Is this you?
  • >5 years of broad work experience within the field of HR, with experience and strong professional accomplishment from areas such as recruitment, retention, employer branding, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, organizational development etc.

  • Experience and ability to develop and drive HR strategies, processes, and routines

  • Experience in change management/re-organization

  • Fluency in English.
