DevOps Team Manager

I am Anna Modigh and I head up the IT Engineering unit in Division X. I am now looking for a Head of BSS DevOps to be part of my leadership team and the journey we have ahead of us. Ensuring that we develop secure, right-sized, re-usable and scalable solutions that can adapt to our continuous innovation agenda is key to success in this role, as is stakeholder management in an entrepreneurial and fast paced company culture.

The BSS DevOps team has a central role to play in ensuring our offerings and products can be sold, ordered, delivered and invoiced, securing that we balance the start-up agility of the Division X portfolio with the One Telia customer experience and professional operations of the group.

Within the role as Head of BSS DevOps you will lead a team of DevSecOps developers, scrum masters and testers responsible for the development and operations of the full BSS stack; including CRM, Online Channels, Order Management, Stock & Logistics and Billing, within Division X.

You will work closely with our BSS EA and Technical Solution Management teams as well as with CPMs and Process Business Owners across the Division X organisation in order to develop and operate our BSS/OSS environment. You will also be engaging with our Head of Security and with Telia Group & Country IT organisations to ensure we follow group best practice and strategic direction where applicable.

In this role you will report to the Head of IT Engineering and lead a team of ~15 employees plus external resources.

• Experience of Product Ownership of complex IT systems & solutions
• Relevant university degree
