Associate/Senior Associate – Telia Towers Group

My name is Marcus Oskarsson, and I am the COO for Telia Towers Group, spearheading the strategic priorities of our Company. I have 13 years of experience in the Private Equity and Investment Banking industry, and I am looking for a high-performing individual for an Associate or Senior ssociate role in our Group.

Who we are and who are we looking for

Telia Towers Group is a leading Telcom infrastructure company in the Nordic region with nearly 10,000 masts and tower sites across Norway, Finland, and Sweden and annual revenue of SEK1.86 billion. The Company is owned 51% by Telia, following a recent 49% investment by a consortium of Brookfield and Alecta.

We are a small and agile organisation with <40 FTEs with a strong focus on operational excellence and growth. We are looking for a highly talented individual with broad responsibilities to assist in shaping the organisation. Your role will primarily center around:

• Preparation and "document master" of the Company's 5-year business plan and financial model
• Preparation of strategic papers and board materials
• Assist with monthly financial reviews
• Financial and operational analysis
• Ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., re-negotiation of contract)
• Active participation in management meetings

For this role, we are looking for an analytical individual with 3-6 year's experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development roles with a solid financial and commercial acumen that is excited about taking their career to the next level by getting significant operational and strategic experience.

You have high intellectual curiosity, with strong Excel and PPT skills and are excited to see tangible outcomes from your work.

The location for the position is at Telia Tower Group's head office in Solna, Sweden, and proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.

Your Experience:

• Approximately 3-6 years of relevant professional experience from a well-renowned firm; e.g.in the fields of transaction services, management consulting, investment banking, or from a strategic and finance-oriented role in another corporation
• Meritorious academic background preferably with a master's degree in Business or Engineering
• International experience is beneficial.
• Experience in Telecom and Technology sector is a plus.
