Job description:

The candidate we are looking for will ensure best in class Key Account Management for the retailers in Sweden (60%) and drive new sales towards Swedish manufacturers (40%).

Your responsibility:
  • Own the revenue generation for your region with indirect and new business,
  • Drive CHEP Solutions across all platforms and business units to strengthen business relationships,
  • Own the strategic relationship management with Swedish retailers and their Logistics, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain functions,
  • Negotiate contracts for expanded business as well as new business,
  • Use your analytical skills to implement improvement programs (Quality, Costs, Services, Safety etc.) to ensure maximum efficiency,
  • Develop and implement campaigns to manage CHEP's assets more effectively,
  • Take part and ensure smooth audits processes at major retail groups.
Required profile:
  • University degree,
  • Experience in Sales and Key Account Management,
  • Strategic Skills & Data affinity,
  • Good communication & negotiation skills,
  • Language: fluent Swedish and English are a must.
