The Sales Concept Development (SCD) team is responsible for developing and implementing new concepts, strategies, and processes for the field sales channel (expansion plans, incentives and governance structures, ways of working, performance management targets and processes, etc.). The initiatives launched by our team make up the core of the company's Go To Market strategy, and will be the key drivers of growth in the years to come.About the role
The Sales Project Manager will head projects that fit into the responsibility of the SCD team.
You will have a leading role in the implementation of our new Go To Market strategy and in the development of any future strategies. You will have a significant mandate to participate in decisions on how various sales processes are managed.The work will include:
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine areas of improvement potential within field sales
- Development of new concepts and strategies to address areas of improvement in close collaboration with other departments (Field Sales, Recruiting, Performance Management, Training and Onboarding, etc.)
- Creation of decision briefs for the Management Team
- Management of cross functional projects to implement new concepts / strategies
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering. To be successful in this role you need previous experience from project management roles and/or management consulting. You have a strong drive, a solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills. Our company is going through an exciting transformation and the Sales Project Manager need to be comfortable with rapid changes and the have the ability to adapt, even with short notice. You are fluent in English and Swedish with strong communication skills.What we offer
