UX/UI Designer

My name is Elin Melin Lundström and I am leading the E-commerce team at Telia. I am now looking for a UX/UI designer to join my team and help us build the best E-commerce experience in the industry. The goal is to create a strong and proactive digital team able to understand and deliver on the demands of our customers, the needs of our business and the terms of our time.

To do so we need the right experts, structure, and way of working. That is why we now need a UX/UI designer to the team who will be responsible for creating the best-in-class user interface for telia.se.

Is this your next opportunity?

The role includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensuring a great visual design across all digital touch points
  • Creating a world class online shopping and order handling experience for our customers
  • Operatively designing pixel-perfect components and take part of tactical planning together with PO/UX/Marketing and content
  • Creating designs and interaction flows that are visually appealing to our customers
  • Collaborating with a team of UX-designers of different principles (visual designers, Service designers, UX designers and Design Lead) in order to ensure that direction and strategy is kept
  • Interlocking with Brand/Content/CX/Marketing roles and Design system at Telia to ensure that overall strategies are followed
Is this you?

Important criteria:
  • Expert in facilitating and driving projects via a design methodology, with deliveries such as:
    • Qualitative customer insights -deep understanding of customer needs
    • Design and insights driven methodologies and customer feedback loops
  • Experience in working closely with all needed functions to create an end-2-end delivery, i.e. external agencies, marketing, business specialists, technology and IT

  • Experience from working in cross-functional teams with agile methodologies

Personal skills:

The key component to succeed in this role is that you know how to empathize, both with end users as well as co-workers in different roles in the organization. You are committed to delivering results and are comfortable taking ownership of your work and priorities. You are independent and able to drive the UX agenda with the ability to teach non-designers design thinking.
