I am Patricia Kjällman and I lead a team that supports the contact center platform Telia ACE. As part of our support team, you will help our customers to solve their support errands.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Is this you?
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents from start to end, regarding Telia ACE software, related platform network systems as well as customer target environment
- Problem investigation
- Customer communication and guidance.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty every 4-5 weeks
We think that you have a passion for technology and helping others. You are the most satisfied when you have solved a tricky problem and managed to quickly and smoothly help a customer in need.Your personal competencies:
- Problem solving oriented
- Service minded
- Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a group of people
- Good communication in both Swedish and English is a must.
It is more than just a job!
- University degree in IT-technologies (or similar experience)
- Cloud engineering understanding - Amazon, Google, Azure, Docker etc.
- Understanding of routing, firewalls, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), DNS and other network protocols.
- Understanding of web application technologies and protocols like web-RTC
- Digital forensics tools, experience with endpoint and network logs
