As Reward Area Lead
you will lead and ensure that the design of common reward concepts is anchored in local requirement to further drive our people's performance and engagement. You will partner with local Reward Specialists and People Partners to drive the reward agenda in a common way and follow through on local implementation with great delivery support from our People HUB organization.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues in our People organization to ensure quality and alignment with business needs and that leaders and employees are trained and supported along the way. You will lead and support business & local reward specialists to be compliant in all Reward offerings, such as: yearly salary review process, job structure/architecture, external salary benchmarks, equal pay and gender framework, yearly bonus process and structure, sales bonus structure and process using the common tools, methods and ways of working decided upon.

You know how to connect business needs with HR interventions. You are analytical, conceptual and strategic and have the ability to lead the transition from idea to implementation. You are a clear communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence the organization and key stakeholders. You have a passion for what you do. You have a digital approach in what you do and have a drive to digitalize the reward area.

Your experience:
  • Solid Reward experience as reward business partner/lead or consultant in a dynamic and multi-cultural organization
  • Experience in providing advice and solutions to senior leaders in compensation and benefits
  • Experience from developing and implementing reward processes and initiatives, preferable in a matrix organization.
  • Experience from driving digitalization in the reward area
  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in working with Workday is preferred but not a requirement
