Enterprise Mobile Networks is Telia's common product addressing the new, exciting and quickly evolving dedicated networks and private 5G network market. Industries and public sector customers are relying more and more business-critical processes on mobile technology, and EMN is designed to meet these demanding requirements. The common product spans Telia markets in the Nordics, including several product options depending on customer needs.

For this role, we are looking for a Product manager focused on Swedish market to take on the responsibility of championing and scaling the product locally in Sweden. The role will also be responsible for the very closely related Coverage-as-a-Service product for Sweden.

My name is Heidi Henttu, and I am the common Product Manager for Enterprise Mobile Networks (EMN). We have a very exciting journey ahead of us scaling the EMN product. We are onboarding new customers, developing new features and improving processes for scaleability. The team is passionate about developing new services and products for our customers, and we're excited to welcome a new professional on board.

As Product Manager
, you will
  • Have end-to-end product responsibility for EMN and Coverage-as-a-Service products in Sweden
  • Drive product and operations development from perspective of Swedish market needs
  • Work together with business manager in Sweden with customer cases and RFPs as the product champion
  • Work as a key member of the EMN common product team: be part of a Nordic & Baltic cross-border team of product area experts and work with like-minded professionals
  • Collaborate tightly with the local functions in Telia Sweden: customer support, network operation, IT system owners, customer rollout teams
The role includes, but is not limited to:
  • Defining product requirements towards Swedish systems and processes, to ensure a great customer journey, smooth internal deliveries and timely introduction of features
  • Taking an active role as EPIC owner in our SAFe development process, driving product development based on prioritized roadmap and ensuring requirements are understood and delivered on by expert teams
  • Driving and securing quality, efficiency, security, and profitability of the product
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout end-to-end customer journey
  • Owning product documentation

  • Team player - Shares information and expertise, to achieve desired results
  • Good communicator - Written and oral
Your experience will ideally include at least several of the following:
  • 5+ years of work experience within IT / Telco / Industry / Consulting
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. industrial management, communications engineering, computer science, economics...)
  • Experience in product development in technology company / telco / IT
  • Fluent English and Swedish
  • Prior experience on the product area is not a must, we will coach you. Most important is general technical competence and ability to learn fast across domains
  • Experience in frameworks such as SAFe, Lean and Agile way of working, or ability to catch on quickly
