Right now, we are looking for a commercially astute Marketing Lead for Global Business in Telia Group Strategy and Commercial to join us to unite and enable Telia to reinvent better connected business for multinational companies.

For this new role, we are seeking an innovative, internationally oriented, and business-driven prestige less marketer to develop and execute the marketing strategy and tactical activities for selected multinational accounts and the relevant global and multi-local ICT offerings that such customers require. You will play a key role to make Telia the sought-after partner for multinational customers, to support our local countries and drive growth.

Reporting to the Head of Global Business, Pernilla Wikman, you will be responsible for working closely with Telia Global Business functions and local country teams to deliver go to market excellence through integrated marketing collaboration. You will ensure that plans are insight-driven and customer-centric. You will demonstrate an ability to work across domains, with an emphasis on target customers, channels, and the relevant portfolio.

This is the fun you will do!
  • Increasing and driving awareness of Telia´s global capabilities in collaboration with Telia Group Brand and Telia local country CMO and Head of B2B Marketing
  • Driving sales collateral enablement for global/multilocal b2b offerings, showing Telia´s global capabilities and presence. Includes developing the messaging, content, value proposition in collaboration with offering teams for use in Telia channels such as web or social media platforms
  • For creative work - hands on work yourself and work with external agency's or the inhouse team within Group Strategy and Commercial
  • Working with local marketing teams to present global/multi-local offerings in relevant local marketing activities (events, web campaigns etc).
  • Partner marketing - together with Arelion, the Freemove Alliance or other partners collaborating on events, seminars, roundtables etc., to engage prioritized Multinational accounts
  • Analysts - Together with Telia Global Business Strategy engaging relevant industry analysts to secure portfolio representation in relevant reports
  • Team with Communications group to maximize PR opportunities to position Telia as the ICT partner for Nordic Baltic multinational customers
  • Leading "outside in perspective" to ensure alignment of global offerings, value propositions, messaging and other marketing elements for the multinational customer target groups and associated portfolio
  • Collaborating with Global Business Sales and Global Offering Management to define and implement sales enablement programs to ensure sales readiness and campaign follow-through, aligned with offering and sales targets
  • Planning and budgeting for own activities to align timing and realize cost efficiency
  • Securing and driving communication channels within Global Business and to relevant stakeholders outside Global Business, all levels
  • Supporting Head of Global Business in driving and presenting the engagement platform, externally and internally
  • Pitching for Global Business key notes and helping prepare communication and concepts for them
  • Contributing as member of relevant management teams; Global Business, Group Brand and Marketing Forum, driving the Telia-Arelion Marketing Partnership model, Telia B2B Marketing Cross Country community, and representing Telia in the Freemove Alliance marketing working Group

Is this you?
Your personal competencies and experience:
  • Ability to energize, lead, drive, influence and deliver in complex, fast paced and ambiguous environments
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a leading ICT company or major B2B brand
  • Experience with major account and complex international B2B sales
  • Strong track record of achieving ambitious marketing and customer goals
  • Genuine interest in and aptitude for coaching colleagues to achieve market and customer insight driven and high performing marketing and sales enablement programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to craft, test and refine differentiated value propositions for enterprise segments in evolving international environments
