We are looking for a curious and passionate Senior Agile Coach to join our Agile Center of Excellence. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you'll do

Governance & Technology supports continuous improvement of way of working in Telenor's Software Development Tribes. We collaborate daily with Tribes and Squads and help them through recommendations, guidelines, expectation setting, coaching and mentoring. We are now looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) Team!

Telenor Sweden is on an Agile journey inspired by different frameworks and approaches, such as the Spotify model and SAFe. ACE's mission is to facilitate Telenor's way to true agility by providing active support to the organization in this journey. This is done through a wide variety of activities such as training, coaching, driving planning and discovery processes at scale (Big Room Planning, Pre-planning, cross-tribe alignment etc.) and tracking and communicating progress through key metrics, objectives & key results (OKRs) and success stories.

We develop guidelines for and support implementation of Agile way of working by providing tools for transparency and collaboration and by establishing guilds, chapters and forums for idea exchange.

In this role you will be working together with a team of several other experienced Agile Coaches.

Who are you

As a Senior Agile Coach you'll work closely with the IT Tribe Lead and PO Tribe Lead and you're primarily accountable for driving the continuous improvement related to our agile transformation. You bring intellectual curiosity and love of learning new skills and capabilities to influence continuous improvement of our ways of working.

You will collaborate with Tribe Leadership to identify and address system-level impediments to business impact, delivery, and team health. You will actively coach, mentor, and give feedback to individuals, teams, and leaders to support high output.

We believe you have been working at least 5 years in a similar role with experience in agile SW development methodology (Scrum, Kanban SAFe). You're a change leader with strong influencing skills and you've been a key player in implementing and scaling agile in complex matrix organizations (preferably where both IT & Market are working agile). You possess excellent coaching and people-interaction skills as well as communications skills, both verbally and written. You're used to hold training sessions, presentations and facilitating discussions. You're obsessed with "Why?" and are used to challenge senior management in a humble way.
