The pension savings market in Sweden is currently undergoing big changes, where there are vast opportunities and great business potential. We are now accelerating to reap this potential by investing in re-designing our products and re-engineering our IT solutions as well as creating new digital offerings. We call this the Life Modernization initiative.
We are now looking for an experienced Program Manager who will take on the challenge of driving the Life Modernization transformation program. About the job

Your mission as Program Manager will be to drive the overall modernization program consisting of three major roadmaps, as well as managing one of the roadmaps. The scope of the initiative spans digital customer experience, products, services, IT architectural transformation, legal and outsourcing
By driving the program in our agile set-up within the SEB Life domain, you reinforce our organization to succeed in this complex endeavour, visualizing and communicating plans and progress for step-wise deliveries, managing costs and timelines, ensuring continued alignment and focus on desired effects, managing dependencies and removing obstacles, taking part in the Life domain mechanisms for planning and prioritization, and contributing to improving them. You ensure collaboration, synch and focus within the program, the entire development organization, L&P as a whole as well as with other parts of SEB to deliver on this cornerstone of our business plan.
You will be working on assignment from the operative sponsor for the program, and from division head and CEO of SEB Life & Pension as sponsor, and you will belong to the Business Development & IT unit of SEB Life & Pension. You will have the advantage of working in an autonomous subsidiary, and at the same time have access to the capabilities of the SEB Group.
