My name is Johanna Jakobsson and I am Head of Consumer at SEB Kort. We are now looking for 2 driven and change minded persons with previous credit and communication skills and a passion for customers, to strengthen up our team within Consumer Credits.
What you will be doingThe payment industry and the card business are currently being rapidly transformed due to changes in consumer behavior, development of new technologies, new fast-moving competitors and roll-out of new regulations. SEB Kort is the Nordic market leader, both in terms of technology and market share and has set an ambitious strategic agenda to navigate through this.
To adapt to the changing industry, meet customer expectations and the strategic agenda we´re on a transformation journey and are introducing new products within the credit area. You will be a part of a Nordic team and be responsible for tasks as credit assessment, customer contacts, developing and harmonizing processes and KYC related tasks. You will be communicating and collaborate with other departments within SEB Kort in regards to cases within the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish Market. You are expected to participate in projects and process development.

Who we are looking for To succeed and thrive in this position, you will need to be driven and structured with a background and an understanding of the credit area. You are a team player and are committed to improve the efficiency of processes and challenge the "old" way of working. Since the role has a Nordic coverage, we expect that you are fluent in English, you are people oriented and thrive for communicating and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
