You will belong to a creative, energetic, and ambitious support team, working in a collaborative and international setting. Our mission is to be relevant where we are needed the most. Thus, we are involved in a great variety of assignments and activities. As a team we support managers and other stakeholders within fields of administration, employee & consultant handling, data management and reporting, internal events, and facility needs. Focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work. We also take great pride in improving administrative and system-related processes cross-SEB, proactively cooperate with other SEB teams and stakeholders within the bank. Hence, our new colleague will be greatly involved in our ambition to deliver modern administration and drive initiatives in an energetic and efficient way following agile methodology.
You will be responsible for:* Supporting managers daily with various tasks in the fields of administration* Managing newcomers on- and off-boarding & other resource related questions * Preparing work related documentation * Collaborating with your colleagues in various areas of expertise, such as events, premises re-arrangements, data reporting, and tasks related to economical flows. * Improving existing internal administrative processes & creating new ones

You like to work with numbers and have a good way of communication with co-workers and different stakeholders on various levels and in an international environment. Experience in agile ways of working and set-up is a merit. You have experience in working with the tools within MS Office for creating presentations, preparing instructions etc. We expect you to have good communication skills in the Swedish and English language, both verbal and written.
