Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager you have a leading role in the mobilisation of newly won contracts in the Nordic region. The mobilisation team facilitates a combination of single service contracts up to fully Integrated Facility Management services to clients in the public and private sector. Contracts can be local, regional or at global level.

Sodexo utilises a structured project management process and you are responsible for ensuring that each step is implemented according to the negotiated contract and that all activities and tasks are managed and resources deployed efficiently to achieve agreed profitability and growth targets.

Within allocated projects you will identify gaps at site level, improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

On an operational level, you will also:
  • Utilise and develop relevant processes, tools, procedures and framework for mobilisation processes within the region
  • Be responsible for mobilisation of more complex projects for both existing and new services to be delivered to Clients
  • Ensure that there is consistency and standardisation in project structure as well as adherence to Sodexo's overall compliance and procedures.
  • Prepare and present presentations to the various steering groups composed of senior managers within Sodexo and or the Client organisations.
  • Contribute to and or be responsible for the execution of the Due Diligence process, coordinate the team of Sodexo employees and or contractors who will participate and be the prime contact with the client during the Due diligence process.
  • Temporarily lead and manage the Mobilisation Team in the absence of the Head of Mobilisation
You will report to the Head of Mobilisation and collaborate closely with all segments, sales manager and bid manager, designated steering groups, teams within the Business Improvement and Growth Support organization as well as fellow project managers.

Desired Skills and Experience

We believe you are an experienced project manager, preferably with an IPMA certification. You are used to leading multifaceted projects in large organisations, preferably within Facility Management or Service Management. You have a relevant academic degree and excellent command of spoken and written English language as well as at least one Nordic language.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are business-oriented, proactive, pragmatic and collaborative. You are a natural leader with the ability to establish a cooperative and team-oriented environment and you are used to communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.
