Sodexo marketing department is seeking a Offer Deployment Coordinator for the Nordic region. The position will be located either in Solna or Helsinki; however, the job requires some travelling. In order to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency and profitability Sodexo has developed standardized offers within Soft FM, Hard FM and food solutions. In this role you will play a key role in implementing these offers and concepts to our sites in the Nordic region. This means that you will communicate and engage with operational teams on our sites, work in close collaboration with experts from the support platform, work with HR to develop a training plan, lead implementation of offers and track performance, for instance in terms of profitability and client & consumer satisfaction. You will be the link between the expert teams at our HQ and the operations team on site.
As the Offer Deployment Coordinator, you will support sales and operations in the solution design for clients and prospects. This may involve a consultative role in meetings with local, regional or global clients. With feedback from operations on offer performance you will also contribute to evaluation of future market needs for enhanced client and consumer value creation.Desired Skills and Experience
We believe you may have experience as contract manager, product owner, project lead or internal coordinator. You understand public and private procurement and contract management. You thrive in a multifaceted position and enjoy working with various people in the organization. As a person, you are autonomous, proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented. You have excellent understanding of customer relations, take initiative and can work collaborative to establish standardized processes. In addition, we believe you:
If you are the right person we can offer you
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations and/or project management
- Are good with figures, financial acumen
- Are fluent in Swedish and English. Finnish would be an advantage
- Are IT literate - agility in utilization of existing tools as well as in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Have an academic degree in relevant field
