We are looking for you to join our new NEFF brand team as Nordic Brand Campaign Manager!

Out of the BSH brands, NEFF is the challenger and our most emotional brand, focusing on cooking passion, and with product features to bring joy to the kitchen.

We are forming a new NEFF brand team, where we offer an interesting job in an international environment. It is a small team in a large organization under the umbrella of Europe's leading home appliance manufacturer. Our job in the NEFF team is to support the entire consumer journey, but we focus on the early steps such as building the brand and catching the interest of consumers pre-purchase.

In the role as Nordic Brand Campaign Manager, you are responsible for the brand communication for NEFF home appliances towards consumers in Northern Europe. You will work with purchased digital media channels as well as our own channels such as brand websites and social media accounts.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Adapt, optimize, coordinate, and implement the communication material provided by our European head quarter and complement with local communication material created either in-house or by creative agency. Together with Brand Manager, set targets and budget for the activities.

Continuously monitor and follow-up the campaigns with external agencies and in-house experts, to learn and optimize the campaigns in order to spread our brand and messages as efficiently as possible with resources dedicated.

To some extent write copy text and assess and adapt material from the head quarter, in accordance with the NEFF tonality.

Coordinate with other stakeholders within BSH and present the campaign plans and material internally.

Some administrational work is required in the role.

Finally yet importantly, it is a small team and sometimes we need to dig in wherever needed.

Your profile and qualifications

This position requires you to be creative and possess great communication skills, but at the same time to be organized with a systematic way of working. As a person, you have a strong drive, want to learn things and is not afraid of starting up new projects. You are able to convince people with your excellent communication skills, and used to speak in front of large groups.

Profile:
  • A university degree or corresponding and ideally in marketing or business administration.
  • Strong skills in project management.
  • Knowledge in digital media advertising and understanding in digital campaign tracking and optimization.
  • Language: Fluent in English and at least in one Nordic language both verbally and in writing with a good sense of tonality. Swedish is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, and preferably some knowledge in Adobe Analytics, FaceBook business manager or Google Campaign Manager.
