Project Manager - Business Processes

The Project Management Office is recruiting an experienced Project Manager with specialization in Business Processes to strengthen our team. Your first assignment will be to be stationed in Condite in Turku as the interim manager of the Marketing & Innovation Department with focus on owning and improving key business processes in mainly the Portfolio Management area. Thereafter, you will have possibilities to manage projects in and around the Group in northern Europe. Either being stationed at other companies or travelling 3-4 days per week.

In more detail, the role will:

• Be interim manager of the Marketing Department in Condite (during current managers parental leave). Including:
• Reporting Marketing, Innovation and Process Development to the Management Team
• Managing the customer service team leader
• Coordinate Group-wide projects and cooperations.
• Be the owners of key cross-department portfolio processes.
• Support the Forecasting and Production Planning with structure and expertise.
• Be the subject matter expert on business process development & implementation in the KåKå Group/OFI NEE Project Management Office
• Manage projects within process mapping, standardization, and optimization.
• Manage and educate junior resources in project management and consultancy toolbox, both within the team and the organization.

You have a 3-5 years higher education in relevant fields, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and Engineering, or have in other ways gain the similar experience. You have probably worked in areas such as business consulting, process management or project management for 5 or more years. You master the consultancy toolbox and have experience of people management. The role will be mainly in English but it is a merit if you speak and write Finish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Danish.
