About the programme
Scania Student Intro is an introductory programme that has been part of Scania’s journey since 2009 and has given many students a great start to their careers. The programme is aimed for master students with an ongoing MSc in Engineering or Systems Science, or other relevant areas. The programme consists of four weekend visits spread over 18 months; filled with cases, seminars and team-activities. In addition you are guaranteed a summer job and thesis project, within your field of specialisation, carried out within Research & Development or Sales & Marketing. You will get your own manager and mentor guiding you through the programme.

Specialisations

Your profile
The aim with Scania Student Intro Program is that you get to know Scania as a company; learn about our core values and company culture. Therefore, we are looking for people who are curious, engaged and enjoy working together with others. Above all, it is important that you enjoy our branch of industry, technology and its implementation. The programme takes place in Södertälje, Sweden. As we value diversity in the search for talent, the entire programme will be in English.

Application
The programme runs from the fourth academic year to graduation, where you apply during semesters 7-8. You must have at least one year of your studies remaining at the time you apply. The application shall contain CV, personal letter, certificates and a copy of grades of finished and ongoing courses.
