Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania Purchasing is responsible for the purchase of products and services to all of Scania units worldwide. We are working in a dynamic and creative environment which requires a flexible and proactive approach. We are working internationally and handles various purchasing related activities.

We are now looking for a new star to join the Purchasing Administrator Team.

The Arena

You will be a part of the Purchasing Administrator Team that work in close collaboration within the Purchasing organization. The Administrator Team is in the beginning of a journey, where we challenge both ourselves and the organization in developing new ways of working to gain efficiency as well as team work.

Who are you?

We believe that you are passionate about working with administration and have done so for 6-10 years. You are structured, accurate, flexible and used to handle many different tasks. In order to thrive in this role it is important that you are a team player and have a genuine interest in people. Furthermore you need to be service minded and enjoy a lot of contact with other people in your daily work. We also believe that you are proactive and can easily prioritize your tasks and are able to work just as well independently as in close collaboration with colleagues.

Your Skills, Support and Service

The main tasks are to support purchasing with administrative work and also digitalization and improvement work in our internal processes. Our tools are Microsoft office, Purchasing related systems and other Scania related systems. Experience and knowledge of Scania systems as well as experience in purchasing related systems will be highly valued.

Purchasing is an international environment with a lot of different nationalities. Therefore it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English verbally as well as in writing.
