We are looking for a Program Administrator & Communicator for our Program NOVA to be part of our exciting journey where we stand in front of a big change both when it comes to the way of working in the P&L business as well as the IT solutions that will support our business together with all what digitalization brings.
The business architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our Production & Logistics business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system. We can offer you a wide, challenging and developing position in an exciting phase where we have many initiatives during the next five to six years, that will influence the design and implementation of a new business architecture together with new IT solutions. These initiatives are kept together by the NOVA (New Order to deliVery Architecture) Program. The focus and attention from Scania’s top management as well as their expectations of our results are high.
Your main responsibilities as a Program Administrator & Communicator are to manage the administration and communication for our NOVA Program which is an important key to success. You will be one of the key players in the Program management team and ultimately, you’ll ensure our program run smoothly and achieve its purpose.
The responsibilities includes;
- Manage the overall program plan and road map together with reports on status and problems
- Manage budgets, funding and follow-up
- Participating in Steering Group meetings to manage presentation material together with minutes and decisions log
- Establish and manage the communication plan including communication activities and channels
- On-board the line organisational in communication
- Reviewing and improving practices and way of working within the program
You work closely to both our Business Architects and Program/Project Managers. You will build your global network by meeting different people and cultures.
As a group member of TEIE you will participate in, and contribute to our own department development and improvement work.Your profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player and have a genuine interest in organise and structure together with communication.
We think you have proven experience as a program or project coordinator or similar role with knowledge in program or project management together with communication.
You are highly organized and able to multitask with experience as an Administrator or relevant role and you manage MS Office tools and have experience in Portfolio Management/Project Management tools.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge about Scania’s business and processes within the Production & Logistics area.
To succeed in the role, you need social and communication skills. You are used to take own initiatives to create and maintain structures. You want to create an overall perspective and see the complete picture and good in visualisation.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
