Access Management (IBAC) is part of the Service Desk section in Scania IT. The group currently consists of 13 employees and 2 consultants. Within the section, we currently have about 60 employees and consultants who work with our daily support of Scania's IT products and services to all our companies within the Scania Group. The group is responsible for managing accounts and permissions in Scania's central IT system. The group is also responsible for Scania's Access Management process and the Access Management area.
We are looking for a driven servant leader to lead and develop our deliveries within Access Management together with an ambitious and competent team that wants to further develop.
You are responsible for managing and developing the group. As Group Manager, one of your most important tasks is to develop these employees and give your team the opportunity to grow. You are responsible for the group's cost budget and its delivery capability. Your task is to ensure that the team has the right skills and technical ability to secure delivery. You will participate in the management team work within the section and contribute to jointly further developing work and business processes. Continuous improvements are an obvious part of the work. You will lead an ambitious and competent team that together with you wants to further develop.
We believe you have a university degree or equivalent work-life experience. As a person you have energy and a driven personality that strives to move forward and a passion to make our deliverables successful. You have a great understanding of Information and IT security and the ability to lead a business with many and major changes.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have broad, documented IT skills as well as previous managerial experience, and experience in teamwork.
In a very event-driven environment, you are comfortable to make quick decisions, if necessary, and you feel confident in the leadership role. As we work in a global environment with many contact areas, you are easy to communicate and collaborate, and you see change as a natural part of your professional life. We assume you can good Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing.
The IT organization is working with IT Service Management according to ITIL, and knowledge in the field is considered to be meritorious.
