Experienced Technical project manager - Systems Architecture

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Autonomous vehicles, connectivity and electromobility challenge Scania´s R&D organisation in a new way and the organization System Architecture is an essential part of these initiatives.

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring project leader to drive Concept Development projects. We are facing a very exciting transformation towards a more flow driven working process as well as technical challenges. Our project leader will work with the following responsibility areas:

• Project management of Concept Development projects
• Work as a project leader of department wide initiatives (e.g. Object Leader)
• Contribute to improve R&D workflow within embedded systems.
• Continue to improve our internal and external processes

Your profile

As a Project leader we are looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to make things happen
• Has an ability to inspire and motivate other people
• Challenge the way we work
• Facilitate meetings and follow up activities

You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently when required. You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills. We believe you have expericene from a similiar role with technical challenges within software development.
