Are you a creative and service minded problem solver with great interest in IT?

We are looking for you with interest in helping the IT Director O2D (Order To Delivery) IT and management team to drive IT forward within Production & Logistics. You must be service minded and able to serve the collective O2D IT managers with various administrative tasks.

You get the opportunity to understand how IT works at Scania and build a large network.

What you will do

You will support the IT Director O2D IT and management team to drive IT for P&L forward. One of the most important topics is to drive the strategy work with updates and follow-ups, and by facilitating workshops with the management team. Communication will be a big part of your role as we try to be as transparent as possible with the IT organization and the business.

You are an important member of the management team and you are responsible for various meetings. In your role you get good insight into current topics and thus you are also responsible for setting agendas and content, creating and controlling supporting material, and for structured follow up of the decisions made during meetings.

You will help the IT Director O2D IT with various administrative tasks such as setting agenda, booking business trips and taking care of travel expenses.

Your skills

As an assistant, it is important that you enjoy having a lot to do at the same time and that you are able to work in a structured way. You are comfortable with speaking your mind and you are a critical thinker.

Since it is a dynamic role in an agile environment, you are a flexible person who enjoys adapting to new situations. You work well both independently and in a team. Clear, effective communication comes naturally to you in speech and writing in both English and Swedish, and you enjoy being a source of information.

We see that you have a degree in business, engineering, or IT management. You also have previous experience with agile ways of working.
