Scania Finans AB has a strong focus on business development to make sure Scania dealers and operators of heavy vehicles are offered a competitive range of customized financial services over time. In the newly formed Business Improvement Office we are tasked to deliver guidance and support to our seven branches on both financing and insurance products further developing our Business Development activities in our markets. As the Business Development person in the team you will be a key player delivering on this promise.
Areas of responsibility for the Business Development person:
- Lead key initiatives and projects on our journey of becoming a more efficient and forward leaning sales organisation
- Identify and bring new business opportunities to market supporting SF’s long term objectives and strategy
- Be part of the daily operations by handling continuous improvements and extensions of current financial services offered by our branches.
- Lead the preparatory work and communication related to SF’s Sales & Marketing conferences.
The projects and initiatives lead by our Business Improvement Office cover both new and improved dealer and customer services as well as improvements in internal working methods.

We are looking for an energetic and structured person that is customer-value driven, ideally with several years of experience from financial services. An interest in or experience of vendor financing is seen as an advantage. Your ability to work cross-functionally and to co-operate with different stakeholders within and outside of Scania Finance is key. You are a good communicator with profound experience from project management. The role of identifying and bringing new business opportunities to the market means that we are looking for you who use to come up with new ideas and find new solutions to old problems. You are willing to learn, have an ability to sell in ideas to others and have the capacity to quickly find solutions to problems that arise.
You have a bachelor degree in bussiness administration or technical engineering and at least five years of working experience and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
