It is responsible for developing our markets, services and insurance offerings as well as providing sales support & marketing services to the company's distribution channels.In an ever-changing regulatory landscape and tax environment, we are focused to adapt our offering to meet shifts in customer needs, through development of unique investment opportunities and roll out of new technologies, while always striving for operational excellence.
About the job
In the role as Head of Sales, you will actively promote our international life products to clients in target markets. Target markets include internal channels and international sales opportunities arising in target markets including Finland, Luxembourg and Norway. You will work closely with key accounts to identify needs and objectives in relation to the Company's range of products and services. Together with your Sales Support team you will lead multiple complex projects related to aspects of our business development, distribution, legal and regulatory changes, working in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to drive and execute delivery in an effective manner. Streamlining processes between SEB AB, PFAB and SEB Life International with a simplicity and customer focus and as a part of the end-to-end process. Creating marketing material and literature, as well as provide training to distributors and colleagues.
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong business acumen and a keen interest for new trends in the market, regulatory impacts, great understanding of assets and a true customer focus. You have a structured approach, a good understanding of Private Banking, as well as, hands on experience of working with the cross-border insurance offering. We expect you to have excellent communication skills with an ability to make complex issues easy to understand. You have several years of professional experience in Wealth Planning, international insurance sales development in the intermediary and banking channels and/or Private Banking. Swedish and English language are essential.
