As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be part of our site in Örnsköldsvik, ensuring efficient work processes and establishing a culture for continuous improvements. Further you should facilitate the onsite rollout and maintenance of the Leading Performance System which is a harmonized way of working.
As a member of the local management team in Örnsköldsvik, you will play a crucial role in the continued success of the site.Main responsibilities
- Act as change agent at the site and lead continuous improvement of lean concept.
- Support the site leadership in improvement, project idea generation, project chartering, action planning, implementation and change management.
- Development of visual systems and transfer of identified good practices in a standardized network approach.
- Build organizational alignment while consistently building awareness of KPI's.
- Develop control plans, as necessary, to ensure improvement results are effective and survivable over time.
