Health & Safety Manager
We are now looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Aspa Bruk.
As a Health & Safety Manager you are responsible for questions related to health, safety and working environment.

Qualifications
To fit into this role, you need to be familiar with and acknowledgeable about work environment legislation and risk assessment methodology. You probably have a higher education within the area Work Environment Engineer / Safety Engineer.
You are social and communicative. You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
If you have experience from the paper and pulp industry it is an advantage.
You must be able to work independently as well as being able to collaborate on all levels and build relationships.
You report to the site manager and are part of the management team which is responsible for the development of the business.

- create conditions for a safe working environment with zero vision for accidents together with employees and managers
- actively contribute with improvements within work environment and safety
- create and implement projects and investigations in order to reach the goals within the area
- responsibility for the implementation and follow-up of work processes when it comes to safe work
- develop safety culture both among employees and contractors
- coordinate systematic fire protection work, have contacts with authorities, interpret laws and standards and based on them develop routines and instructions, follow up HS performance, be responsible for establishing guidelines and documents, training courses and give advice and support to the business
