What you will be doingYou will be the organizer for our managers in Investment Banking in terms of agenda, time-, travel- and meeting management. You will also be coordinating various projects, preparing presentations and updating relevant documents and support the Investment Banking team. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating reports and invoicing. You will work closely with other stakeholders and assistants to arrange client events. In doing all of this you will be a point of contact within the global and local organization, and the "go-to" person that colleagues turn to for guidance in order to point people in the right direction. Who we are looking for To succeed in this role, you need to be able to handle both planned and ad-hoc tasks; a high degree of flexibility is therefore essential. You are proactive, self-going and service-minded, and you have experience with managing and coordinating a busy meeting schedule. Networking comes naturally to you, and you see yourself as a great team player. You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload. Your communication skills are good, and you are fluent in both English and a Scandinavian language. Additionally, you are proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Outlook and PowerPoint. All of this requires accuracy in all tasks and the ability to provide a high degree of confidentiality. You should pride yourself as someone who gets stuff done.
