Iron Mountain are looking for a well-rounded HR Officer to cover a 1 year maternity leave from September 2018.Acting as a Human Resource Officer to provide support to the Nordic business in the full suite of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, reward & recognition and employee engagement to support the achievement of the business goals. Liaise with the Global Security Risk and Safety team to enable them ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront of the business culture and provide HR employee relations support where necessary.
The position is a 1 year maternity cover starting as soon as possible. The position of HR Officer Nordics covers our offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and travel to the different sites is expected.Key responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and compliant HR data (manual and electronic)Maintain Workday HR data
Develop a constructive and professional relationship with local stakeholders and HR colleagues
Introduction and follow up of employees (supporting on-boarding/exit processes)
Change management - review of internal HR procedures
Provide payroll support for the Nordics
Other HR related tasksQualifications:
Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or other relevant fields.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR
Basic knowledge of Norwegian Employment Legislations
Experience with payroll
Experience in Workday is an advantage, but not a mustPersonal skills:

The position reports directly to the HR Director Nordics and Baltics.
The position can be located at either of our offices in Tananger, Vestby or Stockholm.
