The Security Culture Research Assistant will perform data and strategic analysis to provide quantitative and qualitative support to the CLTRe researchers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative analytical models to analyze security culture
  • Create, validate, and test the assumptions related to the improvement of the security culture
  • Communicate results, risks, and limitations of analysis to CLTRe's research team
  • Document results in internal and external research papers and reports as requested
  • Prepare and maintain cohorts, benchmarks, and comparison tables for the organization
  • Develop, implement and maintain standard procedures for cohorts, benchmarks, and comparison tables
  • Work closely with our researchers to develop and improve the organization's quantitative and qualitative analytical models
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and other projects as required
  • Prepare and communicate substantial and statistical reports
  • Develop standard procedures for reporting
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, Sociology, Social psychology or other related social science field required
  • PhD in Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, Sociology, Social psychology or other related social science field preferred
  • Experience with writing for business preferred
  • Experience in SaaS company preferred
  • Experience with quantitative social science methodology
  • Experience with data management
  • Inferential and multivariate statistical analyses
  • Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, Stata or R)
  • Programming / coding as required in the position
  • Detail oriented with the ability to identify anomalies in data
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work with and mine large amounts of data
  • Proficient with statistical analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
