BPW Hofstad AS is located at five locations in Norway, headquarters and central warehouses are located in Ängelholm, Sweden.

he Norwegian market is important to us and we see great growth potential here. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for our Norwegian business and its development. This means that you take the lead to increase sales of our products. For your help, you have a good team consisting of inside sales, field sales and warehouse employees. Field sales will report to you and you will have the full responsibility for them. Further, you will work with business development, business strategy, brand building and Key Account Management for larger customers.

You will report directly to the CEO and you are part of the sales organization's management team. You have your base at our office in Oslo but visit our branches frequently, as well as our head office in Sweden and parent company in Germany.

We are looking for you who have experience from the Norwegian transport market, where you have worked in a role that includes sales, business development, leadership and can be our link to the local market. You have documented good results with you, a strong contact network and a good understanding of transport and the truck industry. Furthermore, you master Norwegian and English in speech and writing and have good general computer and system knowledge. It is meritorious with knowledge of the German language.

As a person, you are driven and result oriented with a strong entrepreneurial skill. You like challenges, have a solution-oriented approach and are open to learning new things. If you are also triggered by development and the ability to influence you will fit well with us.

The role of sales manager is independent and you will work in a market with great development potential. Your efforts will directly affect our results and you will become an important part of our continued success.
