At Visiba Care we believe in the individual's ability to lead themselves, and as leaders we share the philosophy of freedom with responsibility. As part of our Customer Operations team you will have me, Albin, as your direct manager. I have a true interest in people and look forward to helping you to succeed in your role. I love goals, maybe not the goal itself, but the journey to reach them. On a personal level the goals might be a bit over the top (that is how I keep myself on my toes) - my next personal goal is to run my first ultra-marathon next summer.
Even though we encourage individual achievements at Visiba Care, we believe that without great teamwork no one will be able to achieve the things we are striving towards. During the last couple of month's this has been proven over and over again and all credits must go to your future colleagues who by supporting and challenging each other has managed to handle the rapid growth in usage during Covid-19, and by doing so has helped the society meet this challenge in a much safer and efficient way.About Visiba Care
