About the role

The role as Sales Support associate in the Medical Product Division puts you amid a highly professional team with expertise in an advanced and technological market. Given the customer focus of our sales representatives in a fast-paced market, your job will be to support them with administration, organisation, and ad-hoc support to keep the sales process together and ensure excellent customer experience.

The main responsibilities include managing customer mailings, organizing internal meetings, creating and administering consignment contracts and price lists, attending local sales meetings, ordering marketing materials, making travel arrangements and producing sales reports and more.

You will have to develop a strong relationship to the team to be able to provide proactive support. The role does not always come with a clear handbook and new situations arise constantly. You are the dependable backbone of the sales team, ensuring quality as well as compliance to law and policy when the team moves quickly.

About you
To succeed, you need a strong and independent drive for initiative. You need to be comfortable acting of your own accord to be responsive as well as proactive in changing situations. Ensuring compliance and administrative excellence, you have attention to detail and are not afraid to approach your colleagues without being asked.

Important for the role:
  • A minimum of 3 years´ experience in a customer facing administration or sales support role.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as other data management and IT systems
  • Self-directed and motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as being a creative problem solver
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions and to develop strong working relationships
  • Fluency - both written and oral - in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages are meritorious.
