Job description
In the position as a Technical Support at Toyota you act as an Application Specialist and 3rd line support with responsibility for monitoring, handling incidents and requests from our customers. The role also includes:*Responsibility for initial diagnosis and actions, or if a solution is not available, pass forward to the next level of support.*Handling of high-priority cases and provide solutions to meet the platform's accessibility requirements.*Actively support 1st and 2nd line support in all aspects of problem resolution, while keeping them informed.*Together with product management, you are responsible for training of the 2nd line support team, what we call Train the trainer - this for all subsidiaries in the company. You belong to the Customer Technical Support department within the Quality function in Mjölby and work in a dynamic and supportive team.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have/are:*Engineering education or equivalent relevant work experience for the position.*Developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills.*A great interest and know-how in IT and technology to be able to collaborate well across different competence groups.*Curious and want to learn new things*Service-oriented with the customer in focus.It is an advantage if you have:*Experience with Kubernetes and Azure.*Experience in back-office support.
