Global IT and Telecommunications Senior Buyer
We are currently seeking a hands-on Global IT and Telecommunications Senior Buyer to join our Group Procurement team in Malmö. It's an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team in the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe!
About the role

You'll be expected to work autonomously, impact quickly and develop as the business grow.
You are responsible for leading and supporting the sourcing strategy and execution of IT subject to global agreements or coordination. Currently this includes a key focus on current IT supplier's footprint located in different locations globally. You will handle relationship management, performance measurement and improvement of IT & Telco Categories assigned. You are also responsible for supplier negotiations, creating tenders, and reporting the results in our sourcing system.

You have a relevant academic degree (preferably Engineering or bachelor's in business administration) and a couple of years of experience in indirect procurement preferably within SaaS/Cloud, Telco and/or Datacom topped with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You have experience managing complex projects and you are on an advanced level regarding Excel and PowerPoint.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement IT & Telco strategy in line with Verisure strategy
- Spend analysis in IT & Telco Category
- Gather requirements and specifications of products and services required by different areas
- Lead tenders (RFPs) in multiple countries, negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and supplier qualification and selection
- Creation of Procurement Plan, maximizing savings across countries. Supporting the elaboration of the Group Procurement Plan
- Drafting contracts, and negotiating agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal counsel and business departments
- Ensure process and policy compliance in categories assigned Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR) with relevant stakeholders
- Work with action plans about ESG and diversity
- Identify and anticipate issues in the execution of the projects, identify and implement solutions, escalate as required
- Identify risks and follow risk mitigation actions & processes define Analytical Reports as needed in all areas of responsibility
- Work with Oracle/ERP management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record within Global IT and Telecom procurement
- Experience with eProcurement tools (Jaggaer, Ariba etc.), and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Social, communicative, and adaptive person who works well in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of commercial law
