TotalEnergies Marketing Nordic Hub is currently looking for a new colleague to support our Specialties Team with sales of Bitumen, Special Fluids and Industrial Biofuels.

Key responsibilities
In the Specialties Team we run a both complex and demanding logistics operation and never back down from our promise to deliver first-class service. The position calls for great stakeholder management skills and requires working at a high pace while keeping an overview of tasks and priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Receipt, handling, invoicing and filing of orders in SAP
• Claim management and follow up on orders
• General support to the sales team
• Ensure coordination and continuous improvement of transportation services
• Maintenance and update of customer database
• Administration of TotalEnergies' user platforms

Your background
Professional skills

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position required
• Educational background or training in sales support, logistics, transportation, or customer service
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel
• Advance level in SAP
• Fluency in English and minimum one Scandinavian language (Danish or Swedish) is required

Personal skills

• Result- and customer-oriented mindset
• Structured and a good eye for details
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential when handling request and queries from our Scandinavian customers
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a challenging environment
