Are you passionate about the investment industry and thrive in building strong relationships with investors? Selected Group, a company consisting of Selected Advice and Selected Alternatives, is seeking a skilled and motivated Client Executive to join our team.

The primary task of the Client Executive is to sell to potential and existing investors within the segment of alternative investment funds. The investors we meet are interested in investing their money but often struggle to determine what and with whom to invest, as they are bombarded with product recommendations from various sources. We guide investors in building a professional and optimal portfolio by including assets beyond traditional stocks and bonds.

We can assist with a portion of their wealth or manage the entire portfolio. The segment is within Private Banking, HNWI, and UHNWI (High Net Worth Individuals and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals).

Your responsibilities involve being in contact with potential investors, expanding your network, conducting meetings, and creating value for the investors you engage with. The focus is on both existing and new investors. Over time, there is an opportunity for you to become proficient in providing complete strategic solutions for investors' wealth.

A typical workday takes place at the office, where you hold virtual meetings. You will be in constant dialogue with new investors to generate interest in exploring their investment options. You may invite investors to the office for meetings or go out to finalize details. There is considerable flexibility in your day, and you are aware of the expectations placed on you, allowing you to focus on what matters most. It is known that a challenging aspect of the job is conveying complex solutions easily and understandably. Therefore, you regularly train to improve yourself and your approach, ensuring consistent achievement of your goals.

You collaborate with colleagues who have similar tasks. You are part of a team that engages in individual and team-based training, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and quality. Your leader's ambition is for you to become one of the best in the industry, ensuring that after each meeting, investors have a clear understanding of how you create value, and you have determined the potential for doing business. Consequently, you work in a structured manner, with a clear approach to each meeting, displaying competence and professionalism.
You will receive ongoing training in structured methods and be offered education and certification in unlisted equities and alternative investment funds.

The team has a clear focus, strong cohesion, and room for individuality. It is supported by an analysis department and a marketing department, which provide quality material and qualified leads, but 80% of your results come from your own activity and outreach to potential investors.

You will have a secure and transparent model for investing in alternatives, armed with good business acumen, credibility, and excellent customer care. You can offer investors access to projects that experienced and professional investors have preselected and thoroughly analyzed, with professionally managed assets in classes such as real estate, renewable energy, and infrastructure.
