About you

• Engineering bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Java development.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in hardware programming, building drivers and doing serial communication.
• Have Linux experience and know your way around the terminal.
• Have experience with data serialization formats such as JSON, Avro, XML.
• Familiar with C/C++, JavaScript, Subversion, git, Jira.

PayComplete are looking for someone with communication skills and a good ability to interact and network with people in different environments and contexts. You are expected to collaborate closely with R&D departments both in Malmö and globally. As you will have a big responsibility for the software of our products, you need to be comfortable working independently in an expert function. You understand and appreciate the challenges of working in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role, you must be humble and view feedback as a key to improving results, both for you personally as well as on a company level.
