Customer Service Assistant

GoGift.com is looking for a Swedish/Norwegian speaking colleague to join the Customer Service team in Copenhagen, Denmark

GoGift.com is expanding rapidly! Therefore, we're looking for additional employees to join our global customer service team and help provide our customers with the best customer support experience!

GoGift.com is owned by Nordisk Film and is a part of the Egmont Group. Since 2003, we have provided gift cards, entertainment and experiences to individuals and companies throughout the Nordic region and now also Globally.

Via our respective websites, we offer hundreds of gift cards from well-known and valued brands such as H&M, JYSK, Amazon, Tui, Zalando, Ikea, and many more. In addition to these specific gift cards, we also have several of our own product offerings, such as the Super Gift Card and the Global Gift Card, which give the recipient free choice among all our partners.

Our customers are in the private and public sectors, using our gift cards for several different purposes. These can range anywhere from employee gifts for Christmas and anniversaries, rewards for sales achievements, gift cards for marketing and advertising campaigns, incentives for research projects and surveys, and compensation in many other forms.

Your role:
To provide professional service and support to our customers via phone, chat and email.

About you:

• You are goal-oriented, independent and take great personal responsibility for the tasks at hand.
• We like to see that you are creative in your work and not afraid to take the initiative or try new ideas.
• You are an enthusiastic team colleague who shares tips and experiences.
• You speak and write fluently Swedish or Norwegian, have a good knowledge of English, and if you understand/speak one more language, this is also an advantage.
• You can quickly learn new programs and possess great IT skills at the user level.
• You can work full time, or maybe you study and can work a minimum of approx.—three days per week.
