ENERCON is looking for an After Sales Manager based in Malmö or Stockholm, who is experienced in driving projects with customer focus and who has strong communication skills. A technical or commercial degree is advantageous but not necessary. Ideally, you have a background in the field of renewable energies and are fluent in English.

Being an After Sales Manager in Malmö or StockholmThe mission is to ensure that customers continue to have Enercon as the first choice partner for all operation and maintenance activities of the wind turbines. As an After Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire After Sales portfolio. In this position, you work proactively and you participate in sales negations together with the Sales Manager. The work also includes building up long-term customer relationships and sales of additional services. ain responsibilities are:
You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the region of Central & Northern Europe (CNE) with focus on Sweden
You conduct meetings with customers to ensure smooth operations
You take care of contract management in compliance with the specified deadlines and clauses
You conduct service contract negotiations for new and existing windfarm projects
You participating in the development of new contract concepts and products in cooperation with colleagues from the After Sales department
You do market and competitor analysis in collaboration with Global Business Development
You report to the Head of Aftersales COE Nordics & Eastern Europe
Your profile
Bachelor degree in technical or economical field or equivalent
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with office applications and SAP, aptitude for learning new software and systems
Fluent in Swedish and English
Willingness to travel
