HR Advisor - Fixed-term
Primary purpose of the position:
To provide a proactive comprehensive HR service to managers and employees within the company and assist the HR manager as a business partner to departments that cover general HR tasks. This includes recruitment employee relations, learning and development, policies and routines, rewards, coaching and project work as needed.

To provide a proactive comprehensive HR service to managers and employees within the company and assist the HR manager as a business partner to departments that cover general HR tasks. This includes recruitment employee relations, learning and development, policies and routines, rewards, coaching and project work as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching managers to help develop their people management skills through existing rules, policies and training materials
- Act as the point of contact for hiring managers through SuccessFactors
- Develop and organizing Employer Branding initiatives
- Develop materials and implement necessary training for managers and employees
- Participate in both local and global HR projects that arise during the year
- Contact person for occupational health care regarding annual health examinations and support for managers regarding leave of absence
- Partnering with managers to follow up employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management
- Provide support to the HR Team
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Follow up monthly KPI for training, absence, overtime
- Undertake other various projects and tasks as necessary
- Previous experience from an HR position, preferably within manufacturing
- An educational background within HR, fx a Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills across all organisational levels and service mindset
- Independent, structured and analytical working style
- Strong knowledge of Swedish employment legislation.
- Confident in Microsoft Office and other system. Preferably experience using SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR database.
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
